Description: Seven flowers and one bud on eight short, solitary inflorescences borne opposite leaf axis on a 28.0 cm monopodal plant bearing a 3.0 cm off shoot; sepals and petals yellow overlaid with parallel orange-brown blotches; lip, saccate, cream, midlobe overlaid light sulfur yellow, raised crest cream proximal margins overlaid sulfur yellow, magenta apically; column yellow, anther cap yellow; substance firm; texture matte.
